The service
Velune is an app-only word-connection game for iPhone and iPad, provided by Kristian Gejdos. It is free to play with no purchases. Optional advertising rewards may become available to adults after provider and privacy setup; advertising is initially disabled. You must meet the minimum age and consent requirements applicable to you; the service is not directed to children under 13.

Playing fairly
Use the service for personal enjoyment. Do not attack the service, automate guesses at abusive rates, attempt to access other accounts, manipulate measurements, sell invitation access, or use invitations to harass others. Reasonable request limits protect availability. Semantic ranks use a fixed vocabulary and model and may differ from everyday interpretations of a word. The daily puzzle changes at midnight UTC. Practice puzzles and shared challenges are separate from your daily result.

Your account
A generated player account saves your progress. Save your private recovery code before moving to another device. Anyone with the code may access your account; keep it private. We cannot restore an account if you lose all valid sessions and the recovery code. You can export or delete your account in Your Space. The same account can be recovered on another supported device.

Social features
Crews are private by invitation and limited to eight players. Generated nicknames and participation summaries are visible to members. There is no public chat or user-uploaded media. Do not distribute invitations to people who do not want them. Use block and report or contact support for problems. We may remove abusive access or content and investigate reports.

Optional advertising rewards
When available to eligible adults, completing one ad unlocks the exact non-transferable collection frame shown in the offer. No ad is required for ordinary play or the existing three hints. Skipping or declining an ad never blocks the game. There are no cash rewards, wagers, ad-click incentives, or randomized advertising rewards. At most two ad starts can be reserved per UTC day, at least 15 minutes apart; a failed presentation can reserve a slot conservatively. Rewards are granted from signed provider verification, not a client claim. A completed reward may show as pending while verification arrives; keep playing and check Frame Studio later. Contact support for a missing reward or an inappropriate ad, without sending private recovery credentials. Provider inventory, country eligibility, privacy choices and service availability can affect optional offers. No reward depends on consenting to tracking. Operators may pause new ads while honoring valid previously earned rewards.

Progress and rewards
Discoveries and milestones are earned through play and have no monetary value, cannot be sold, and cannot be redeemed for money. A first discovery has a 20% chance of a bonus postcard, with four equally likely styles conditional on a bonus. There is no purchase or wager, and replaying the same discovery does not reroll a reward. Streaks allow one automatic rest day per UTC calendar week. We may improve mechanics, fix errors, or retire content with reasonable notice when practical.

Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Velune reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free scoring. Network access is required to score new guesses and synchronize progress; cached progress can be viewed offline. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and intellectual property
Our Privacy Policy explains processing of player information. Velune's original branding, artwork and software belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party model and software licenses remain applicable and are listed in the app's acknowledgments and source documentation.
